TERMS OF SERVICE — PAWMUSEA

By placing an order with PawMusea (pawmusea.com), you agree to the following terms.

1. Products
PawMusea provides custom digital pet portrait files. All products are non-physical and delivered digitally via email. Each portrait is uniquely created for the customer using AI-assisted art technology.

2. Order Process
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with a link to submit your pet photo and order details. Portraits are delivered within 48 hours / 2 business days of receiving your photo.

3. Usage Rights
Digital files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print and display your portrait for personal enjoyment. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the artwork commercially without written permission from PawMusea.

4. Intellectual Property
PawMusea retains the right to use delivered portraits in marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Refunds & Revisions
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. We offer one free revision within 7 days of delivery.
