How It Works

From Photo to Portrait
in 4 Simple Steps

Transforming your pet into museum-worthy art has never been easier. Here's exactly how it works.

1

Choose Your Package

Pick how many portrait styles you want — from 1 style (Basic) up to 10 styles + wallpaper (Deluxe). The more styles, the better the value per portrait.

2

Pick Your Style

Choose from 11 unique art styles — Royal Portrait, Fantasy Hero, Magazine Cover, Halloween and more. Each style transforms your pet into something extraordinary.

3

Send Us Your Photo

After purchase you'll receive an email with instructions. Just reply with a clear, well-lit photo of your pet — front-facing with the face fully visible works best.

4

Receive Your Art

We create your custom portrait and deliver the high-resolution digital files directly to your email — usually within 48 hours / 2 business days. Ready to print, frame or share!

📸 What makes a good photo?

A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is fully visible and in focus. Front-facing photos work best. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily cropped images.

⏱ How fast is delivery?

Most portraits are delivered within 48 hours / 2 business days of receiving your photo. During busy periods it may take up to 72 hours. You'll be notified by email.

🖼 What files do I receive?

High-resolution digital files (PNG or JPEG) at 3000×3000px or larger — perfect for printing up to poster size, framing, or using digitally.

🐾 Can I order for multiple pets?

Yes! Each package is based on one pet photo. Simply add separate packages for each pet at checkout.

🎨 Can I request revisions?

If you're not happy with the result, contact us within 7 days and we'll offer free revisions or find a solution. Your satisfaction is our priority.

🎁 Is this a good gift?

Absolutely — one of the most personal gifts you can give a pet lover. We can also send the portrait directly to the recipient's email if needed.
