At PawMusea, your satisfaction is our priority.
Digital Products
All our products are custom-made digital files created specifically for you. Because each portrait is uniquely crafted, we generally do not offer refunds after the artwork has been delivered.
Free Revisions
If you are not fully satisfied with your portrait, we offer one free revision. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your artwork at pawmusea@outlook.com with your order number and details of what you would like changed.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if your order was not delivered within 5 business days of submitting your pet photo, or if the delivered artwork is significantly different from what was ordered.
Non-Refundable
Change of mind after artwork delivery, or incorrect/low-quality photo submitted by the customer.
