What photo should I send?
Send a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is fully visible and in focus. Front-facing photos work best. We accept JPEG, PNG, and HEIC formats. The better the photo, the better the portrait!
Which package should I choose?
Basic gives you 1 portrait in your chosen style — great for trying it out. Standard (3 styles) and Premium (6 styles) are popular for people who love variety. Deluxe (10 portraits + a phone wallpaper) gives you everything at the best price per portrait.
How long does delivery take?
Most portraits are completed and delivered within 48 hours / 2 business days of receiving your pet photo. During busy periods it may take up to 72 hours. You'll receive the finished files directly by email.
What files will I receive?
You'll receive high-resolution digital files (PNG or JPEG) at 3000×3000px or larger — perfect for printing, framing, or using as a phone wallpaper. No physical item is shipped.
Can I order portraits for multiple pets?
Yes! Each package is based on one pet photo. Simply add multiple packages to your cart if you have more than one pet. Many customers order separate packages for each of their beloved animals.
What is your refund policy?
Because our portraits are custom-made digital products, we do not offer refunds once the artwork has been delivered. However, if you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us and we will do our best to make revisions or find a solution. Your happiness matters to us.
