At PawMusea, your satisfaction is our priority. Here is our refund policy for custom digital pet portraits.
Digital Products
All our products are custom-made digital files. Because each portrait is created specifically for you, we generally do not offer refunds after the artwork has been delivered.
We do offer a free revision if you are not satisfied with the result. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery at pawmusea@outlook.com and we will make it right.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your order was not delivered within 5 business days of submitting your pet photo
- - The delivered artwork is significantly different from what was ordered
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after artwork delivery
- - Incorrect photo submitted by the customer
